Description Add a notification drop down to the navbar that can be enabled and disabled by admin. Set it up to list notifications for all the various features that are currently installed on the project. Setup to auto detect when a plugin or helper has a notifications.php file and auto include to generate a list of notifications to be used in the navbar. Maybe group by type or something like that.

Thinking the best way to handle this is to create a notifications table in the database. Then create a helper that can add to that database based on what is going to send that notification. Have the table setup to store location/plugin/input links, or ids with type of notification. Then have it store per user involved. When a user logs in they will get a list of all activities related to them. Once they open it up, click it, or mark as read, it will update the row in the database so that it shows a read. Maybe add a part to the notification creator function that can mark related notifications for that user as read when that page is opened.

This might be best used with a plugin that utilizes the extenders feature to display in the navbar.
